With a long standing expertise in tourism and hospitality industry and after considering the needs and opinions of our guests, we established in 2021 a destination management agency in Nafplio, Greece. “Your Perfect Event” agency, provides planning and management services for all kinds of events, as well as personalized unique experiences. Our goal is to realize our innovative ideas and provide excellent service.

Working with multiple educational programs, Greek and foreign travel agencies and famous travel organizations we provide high quality services for both individuals and groups. Our team consists of multilingual and experienced professionals, who are eager to communicate with our guests the understanding and the appreciation of the Greek culture.

Zisis Papavasiliou & Sofia Koutsopoulou

Zisis is the co-owner of the “Hotel Victoria” in Nafplio and has over of two decades of experience in Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Sofia graduated with a BA in Translation from Strasbourg University, a BA in Tourism Education & Training from the Hellenic Tourism Organization, a Diploma in Event Planning & Management from Athens University and also a Diploma in Social Media Marketing. They are married for twenty years and have two wonderful children!

Our world is full of movement, creation and progress. This gives us the power of visioning, designing and executing memorable events and innovative experiences for our guests.

“Your Perfect Event” agency was founded in 2021. The inspiration for starting a destination event management agency came in mind several years ago; however our devotion to our prior engagements and our full time duties as new parents of two wonderful children, held us up. Our dream was to create unique tailor made experiences that allow guests to come away with a better, deeper understanding and appreciation of our culture.

Our passion and attention to every detail gives us the possibility to offer high quality services to everyone who wishes to visit our area and be a part of an unforgettable experience, or even to couples who wish to enjoy their special day to the fullest.
