During this interactive workshop, you will learn how to dye traditional red Easter eggs, a symbolic ritual representing renewal and good fortune. Your host will guide you through the traditional method used in Greek homes, sharing stories about the meaning of the custom and how it is celebrated during Easter week.

You will also take part in preparing Tsoureki, the famous Greek Easter sweet bread. Step by step, you’ll learn how to mix, shape, and decorate this aromatic bread flavored with traditional spices such as mahleb and mastic. While the tsoureki bakes, you’ll discover the history behind this festive treat and why it holds a special place on the Greek Easter table.
